  19. Microsoft Publisher 2.0a may generate a general protection (GP) fault
  20. because of the way Windows NT handles window properties. In Microsoft
  21. Windows 3.1, window properties are globally allocated. In Windows NT,
  22. they are allocated separately for each process. Because of this
  23. difference, some 16-bit Windows-based applications may exhibit
  24. problems under Windows NT.

  29. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  30. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  31. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  32. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
  33. query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without
